Wie spricht man “hathix”?
You’d think I get that question a lot, but actually I don’t – most people pronounce it a certain way and are absolutely, positively, sure they’re right. There are so many pronunciations it’s incredible, so who am I to choose the “proper” ein? Let ’em pronounce it however they like, I say.
That being said, the number of pronunciations I hear is borderline ridiculous. Here are the most common ones I’ve heard.
Eine ganz neuen Look
Gut, der Host-Schalter ging fast nahtlos (so nahtlos, tatsächlich, , dass ich keine Ahnung, ob der Schalter wirklich passiert ist.) Wie versprochen, hier ist etwas groß für Sie.
Wenn Sie jemals gesehen haben die hathix.com Startseite, Sie werden feststellen, wie schrecklich es aussieht. Oder zum Nachschlagen.
Nicht sehr hübsch, rechts? Gut, es sollte nicht sein. Ich warf nur einen Code zusammen, um die Arbeit vor Ort machen; der Blick war nicht wichtig.
Nun, ich erkannte bald, dass ein) Diese furchtbar hässlich aussehen wurde wahrscheinlich verletzen die Website und b) Ich hatte etwas Zeit auf meinen Händen. Also schrieb ich ein paar neue Code für die Website und hier ist, was ich habe:

Just a quick notice. I’m in the process of switching hosts for hathix.com, so starting tomorrow expect some downtime.
I have no idea how long the site will be down; some people have said only a few hours but I’ve read on some forums that it can take up to a week. Not exactly what I’d call helpful.
And after I switch hosts it’ll take me a little while to import some databases and other fun web management stuff, which might take another day.
To make it up to you there will be some goodies heading your way once the site’s back up.

Ich bin mir nicht sicher, warum Homepages wurden sogar in erster Linie erfunden. Ich meine,, sicher, Sie brauchen eine Seite zu öffnen, wenn Sie booten Ihrem Browser, aber sie machen Dinge, gut, umständlich. Und sie sind nicht sehr nützlich: die meisten von ihnen nur als Zielseite dienen; Sie nicht wirklich nutzen sie außer Nachrichten darüber, wie zu lesen Kinder können nicht bringen Lunchpaket zur Schule (** hust * hust * Yahoo.)
