As you probably remember, the professional networking (no other way to describe it) Standort LinkedIn went public in May under the symbol LNKD. Its IPO (initial public offering, or first release of shares in the stock market) was valued $45 per share. Later that day, LinkedIn shares were trading at $122.
LinkedIn closed at $94 per share, with a volume of 30 million shares. Nicht schlecht für einen Tag Arbeit. (News article.)

Nun, ich erkannte bald, dass ein) Diese furchtbar hässlich aussehen wurde wahrscheinlich verletzen die Website und b) Ich hatte etwas Zeit auf meinen Händen. Also schrieb ich ein paar neue Code für die Website und hier ist, was ich habe:
Just a quick notice. I’m in the process of switching hosts for hathix.com, so starting tomorrow expect some downtime.
I have no idea how long the site will be down; some people have said only a few hours but I’ve read on some forums that it can take up to a week. Not exactly what I’d call helpful.
And after I switch hosts it’ll take me a little while to import some databases and other fun web management stuff, which might take another day.
To make it up to you there will be some goodies heading your way once the site’s back up.
As you might have noticed, the guys at Google have released (gut, not released, they’ve just publicly shown it for the first time; Chromebooks are coming out on June 15) Chromebooks, which are netbooks that run the Chrome OS.
More about the actual computers later; the interesting part about the computer is its operating system. Chrome OS is a completely web-based operating system; it’s nothing but Chrome, Google’s web browser. Das ist richtig, the only application on the computer is Chrome.
